The Partners

Robert J. Twist is a British Chartered Accountant. He is also a Registered Accountant (“Expert Comptable”) & a qualified auditor, or “Commissaire aux comptes”, in France. After twelve years with KPMG in England and in France followed by 6 years as Financial Controller – Europe with a major North American industrial company, he set up his own firm in 1982.
 

David Spira joined the firm as Partner in April 2006. David is a Registered Accountant, or Expert Comptable, and worked over eight years for PricewaterhouseCoopers. His areas of expertise include in particular assisting companies with transactions relating to acquisition and disposal in an international context. He also holds a Masters of Business Administration from Duke University (USA).
